Many of us have an inner critic who loves to protect us (often unhelpfully!) by jumping in and telling us not to go for that job, promotion, or new project at work. It can tell us stories that are not actually true, keeping us in a safe zone from feeling any shame, being brave to show up and take up space, or the very fact we might fail or make a mistake.
In this 60-minute session Ruth will walk through some activities to discover and name your inner critic, learning how to deal with this voice, and then finally welcoming in your inner cheerleader.
This will be a fun relaxed evening where you can sit and participate in the comfort of your home, with the camera off. There will be no group activities or breakouts.
