Join Positive Psychology expert Ruth Cooper-Dickson for either a lunch & learn intimate workshop or an after-work conversation on the hot topic of imposter syndrome.
We are excited for our special guest Meg Zeenat Wamithi to be joining Ruth at the after-work conversation.
Over the hour you will learn
- the potential characteristics of imposter syndrome and how it may show up for you
- understanding the imposter cycle and where you might engineer to stay small
- how your inner critic can self-sabotage and discover your inner cheerleader
- tools to develop self-compassion and move into authenticity
